Boat Art

Corsakov SoSa own words:

Started to go to sea on sportsfishing vessels in 1971 in holidays and weekends as a deckhand/barman/cook/vomitcleaner;). I sailed on ocean going tugs of Smit International from september 1973 till march 1989, started as deck boy, stopped as 1st mate.
I was helped stopping by a young guy that just had his driving license. When i got back on my feet,  i made some trips on Greenpeace ships, until i was forced to stop doing that too. Because of a returning nasty bone marrow infection that i got during one of my visits to the hospital in order to recover from the help of that young guy. I always liked to draw, so i started to draw ships, in my spare time on board, and in my leave, when at home.

To see (and buy) his original drawings visit the Port a Rez gallery
